Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please note that all appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. I value your time and mine. I understand that emergencies happen. Please reach out to me ASAP, and I will do my best to accommodate.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
Cancellations (less than 48 hours in advance) and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
Rescheduling:
If you reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit will be applied to your new appointment.
Running Late:
Please inform me if you are running late. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, and a late fee of $50 may apply.
